Kiwanis Foundation of Meriden

The Kiwanis Foundation of Meriden was established in 1995 as a 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation to advance the mission and work of the Kiwanis Club of Meriden. The Foundation’s signature project is education awards for graduating high school seniors.

The Foundation raises money for its work through the annual Cow Chip Raffle (“Cow Plop.”) and other fundraisers. To make a tax-deductible donation to the Kiwanis Foundation of Meriden, email [email protected].

Join us for our unveiling and ribbon cutting of the new Kiwanis Club of Meriden hydroponic garden at the Meriden Public Library tonight at 6:30pm in Room 6! Briana Gardner, horticulturist and house plant expert at The Lil' Plant Shop, will speak about hydroponic gardening and Library staff will talk about their plans for the garden. 🌱🌿 🪴 The meeting and unveiling are free and open to the public!

Kiwanis Club of Meriden is thrilled to announce our donation of a Lettuce Grow hydroponic garden to the Meriden Public Library! This new garden will introduce library patrons of all ages to the magic of hydroponic gardening and cultivating vegetables, herbs, flowers, and more indoors.

Join us for our unveiling and ribbon cutting this Thursday, April 11 at 6:30pm in Room 6 at the Library! Briana Gardner, horticulturist and house plant expert at The Lil' Plant Shop, will join us to talk about hydroponic gardening.
