The Kiwanis Club of Meriden and our family of school-based Service Leadership Programs are proud to announce the 10th annual Souper Bowl Citywide Food Drive for the Meriden Soup Kitchen!
For more than 40 years, the Meriden Soup Kitchen has provided nutritious meals to those in need. Today, the Soup Kitchen’s volunteers serve nearly 40,000 meals annually. They need our support and the Meriden Kiwanis Family is stepping up to coordinate a city-wide food drive.

Donate Nonperishable Food Items: Drop off donations on Saturday, March 21 from 9:00am-4:00pm at Stop & Shop, 485 Broad Street (Meriden). See below for a list of items most needed at the Soup Kitchen.

Thank you for supporting the 2026 Kiwanis Souper Bowl!
Since 2017, Kiwanis has collected and donated 59,560 food items and $7,766 to the Meriden Soup Kitchen through the Souper Bowl.
